Grambling's Offensive Line Preview

Andre Bennett, Derrek Govenor, Jamar Dorsey and Tavarous Cockrell return to a group that yielded the third fewest amount of sacks in the SWAC last season. Last season this group dominated at times, and will be counted upon to do the same this year. Brice Brown is expected to join this group as the 5th starter. The signings of top recruits George Long III and Everett Edwards improves the depth on the offensive line. Both were regarded as top offensive linemen in their respective states, and will look to push for playing time immediately. Long was rated amongst the top 100 offensive linemen in the nation by ESPN. This group will play a big role in Grambling’s attempt to get back to Birmingham in December.
